Dr Pragati was inspired to become a dentist, as she wanted a career where she could help other people, whilst still being very practically involved. “I also enjoy carrying out intricate work, and dentistry stood out as the choice of career for me.”
Education & Professional Development
To prepare for her dental career, Dr Pragati earned a BDS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (India) in 2008, and is Australian Dental Council qualified. To stay abreast of the latest in dentistry, Dr Pragati takes various continuing education courses. She’s taken the following:
- Mini residency in endodontics
- Digital orthodontics
- Implant dentistry

For Dr Pragati, dentistry is one of the most rewarding professions to pursue. “Through education, diagnosis and treatment, we can provide the patients with an essential health service.”
